Signed HI within a cartouche, for Harry Iskin, a renowned costume jewellery designer who was in business in New York from 1938 until 1953 when the company went bankrupt. This charming 1940's brooch is a combination of yellow and rose gold filled with three emerald green rhinestones. Overall dimension is large at 9cms x 5cms. There is a firm roll over safety clasp to the back along with HI signature cartouche. There is light wear to the back but overall good vintage condition.  True vintage by a great designer.
